La inserción laboral de los universitarios a través de las prácticas en empresas

Abstract

The practices in companies for college students are regulated in 1981(RD 1491/1981) with the
objective to improve the practical formation of the students of last courses of race. Its implantation
is a reality in the Nineties with the implication every greater time of institutions, industralists and
students, who respond to the necessity to approach it university the enterprise world and to facilitate
the labor insertion of the college students. In the present analyse article the practical experience in
the labor company, university opinions and of the valuations on the practices in companies in the
University of Granada (Spain) and its trajectories.
